9. We build and improve residential and commercial constructions with our licensed and insured partners, for flooring, reroofing, fencing, remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, impact windows and doors, building walkways and driveways with pavers and concrete and new constructions from the beginning to the end.
10. We provide material transportation and debris hauling using our 12 ft x 8 ft x 6 ft dump‑bed truck, with an approximate capacity of 20 cubic yards or up to 10,000 pounds.
We work closely with our partners and subcontractors to carry out projects that benefit our clients, and also as builders. Our team works closely with architects and engineers as the initial designers and creators, building on our clients' ideas. 3. Monitoring for purchase orders of parts, arranging with vendors to avoid delay in the availability of material, tools and equipment, helping to improve the profitability of the companies and investors.
4. Responsible for implementing and maintaining procurement policies and procedures.
5. Conferring with staff, users, subcontractors and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.
6. Evaluating and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
7. Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable pricing and contracts with vendors, and other representatives.
